The entrance lobby and bar area of the Radisson Blu at Stansted Airport were recently refurbished, and Parkside worked closely with Trevillion Interiors and A&C Contracts to supply tiles for both areas. The expansive floor area of the entrance lobby called for a large format tile to minimise the number of grout joints and enhance the open feeling of the space. Our Kirigami 1200x1200mm tile in Chalk was chosen for the majority of the floor area with the smaller 600x1200mm tile in Grey being used around the reception desks.
The impressive wine tower bar was also refurbished and an interesting floor feature around the bar was created using our Lido grey and silver tiles, waterjet cut to create an arrow shape design.
The end result is a welcoming and relaxing area for business or leisure.
