One London Road is a five-storey office building benefitting from a prominent position on one of Staines’ main roads. The property features a striking triple height reception area and upper floors which are serviced by three separate passenger lifts.
Constructed in 2000, the multi-tenant commercial property underwent a comprehensive refurbishment consisting of an entire re-design to the communal areas.
WISH London had one main design objective and that was to create a dramatic but professional space which not only made an impactful first impression but also a lasting one.
We worked closely with WISH to supply two different tiles from our Regal collection. A 600x600mm tile in the Rock finish was chosen for its slip resistant properties and a large 800x800mm matt finish tile both in the grey colour gives the area a more spacious feel. The overall scheme was kept minimalistic with luxurious finishing touches such as Foundry Raw Trim in 10mm and dramatic pops of colour throughout.
