Located on one of Winchester’s most superior tree-lined roads and with spectacular views overlooking The Winchester Royal Golf Course, Chilbolton Avenue consists of nine homes, a mix of five Georgian inspired townhouses and four 4-storey modern homes.
Several of our ranges were chosen for the bathrooms, kitchens, dining rooms and hallways. The bathrooms were designed to give a spa-like feel with tiles from our range being used to create a neutral palette with stand-out feature wall. The gentle tones of Scapa in mist feature in the downstairs WC. All of the other tiles were sourced specifically for this project; we particularly love the wood effect tile used downstairs.
The overall feel of these homes is pure luxury, from the architectural elements right down to the choice of tiles and accessories.
