Outside flooring for high-rise developments

Exadeck is rated A1 non-combustible, so it's ideal for use as an external floor solution for roof top terraces and balconies on all height of building.

The floor can be installed with the optional adjustable pedestal/rail system that eliminates screwing, making it ideal for flat roofs and overcoming uneven surfaces.

The system has already been successfully adopted on balconies in residential developments, including London's The Dumont, a 12 storey riverside development of luxury apartments.

Frost proof and UV resistant

Exadeck provides an external flooring system that's completely weather-resistant. The system's vitrified porcelain plank doesn't absorb moisture, so it's frost-resistant and will not expand or contract due to temperature changes. The structure and decorative woodgrain finish is also UV-resistant, so it won't fade when exposed to sunlight.

Along with R11 slip-resistance and excellent resistance to foot traffic, these factors make Exadeck ideal for all outdoor areas in commercial and residential projects that need a low maintenance and lasting solution to outside spaces.

Easy to install access flooring system

Bringing speed of installation thanks to a customised clip fitting system, Exadeck can be used as an external access floor solution. With planks that can be easily lifted and click back into place, it's ideal for use around outdoor swimming pools and in external dining areas, where access to pipes and cabling may be needed.

The system can be used on most solid and stable substrates and can be used to overcome uneven surfaces and comes with a solution for external stairs and steps.

A natural effect floor that stays looking good

The textured woodgrain effects of Exadeck give a realistic appearance. Available in a range of six natural colours with excellent weather and stain resistance, Exadeck stays looking good all year round.
